An ex-employee’s letter claiming a wrongful termination, don’t worry! 05/20/2015

A terminated employee sent a letter to our client company claiming that his termination was wrongful. He claimed that he was forced to leave the company due to the company’s retaliatory action against him after his contact with a government agency.

Song Law Firm’s attorney reviewed the employee’s personnel file thoroughly. Song Law Firm found that there was no retaliatory action. Instead, Song Law Firm sent a letter to the employee’s attorney and explained that there was no merit to the terminated employee’s claims.

Furthermore, Song Law Firm’s attorney pointed out that there was no contract between the client company and the terminated employee, meaning that it was an at-will employment and many other important points.
