PERSONAL INJURY

If you have a Worker’s Compensation Insurance claim, Song Law Firm can handle it! 03/01/2017

The client was delivering produce from his employer to the basement of a restaurant when water leaking from a pipe on an incline caused him to fall and injure his wrist which required surgery.  He had a worker’s compensation case because he was on the job when it happened.  The defendants claimed they had two witnesses who claimed that the fall was the client’s fault and part of the surgery involved removal of a pre-existing cyst.  The defendants also denied there was a leak above the incline.  We were able to negotiate with the worker’s compensation carrier to repay much less than what it was due under law and obtained a settlement which gave the client a sum which might not have been obtainable at trial with a fraction of the cost.
