Sumyung Moon

Lawyer Sumyung Moon joins Song Law Firm as a highly experienced Law Clerk with a rich repertory of legal research experience for cases involving trademark/copyright, white collar prosecution, FCC policy, and labor contracts. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law in New York City, where Ms. Moon received the Jorene Frenkl Robbie '79 Memorial Legal Research Prize and was a Maloney Law Library Research Fellow, she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Transportation Trade from Maritime College of SUNY.

 She received the coveted opportunity to work in the Law Library of Congress in Washington, D.C., participating in projects to gather remote metadata. Ms. Moon has also worked as a Judicial Intern with the Honorable Danny K. Chun in the New York State Supreme Court in Brooklyn, New York City. Her in-depth work background in immigration law ranges from preparing and reviewing petitions for immigrant and nonimmigrant cases.
