Associate Attorney

Eugene (Minsoo) Mok is an attorney on Song Law Firm’s immigration team. He oversees numerous visa-related and other immigration-focused cases.

Mr. Mok studied economics at Korea University, a leading university in Korea, and received a J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. While attending law school, he served as Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law and Commerce and worked as a student lawyer in several legal clinics.

In addition, before enrolling in law school, Mr. Mok gained a breadth of experience while working for many years at POSCO International, one of Korea’s largest corporations.

Mr. Mok is registered with the New York State Bar Association and speaks fluent Korean and English.
