Associate Attorney

Young Shin Lee, Esq., admitted to practice law in the State of New York, is in charge of Song Law Firm’s civil, corporate law, and intellectual property rights cases.

Mr. Lee graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a JD degree (cum laude) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property Laws from the same school. After graduating from law school, he was in charge of corporate law and intellectual property rights cases as an in-house lawyer and legal advisor for various companies. In particular, Mr. Lee successfully managed a wide range of issues involving trademark rights, corporate law, and business contracts while serving as a legal advisor for a national supermarket chain for five years before joining Song Law Firm.
