Persons Offenses<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5211\u4e8b\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u6700\u4e25\u91cd\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u4e0e\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u68c0\u7f6a\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u902e\u6355\u548c\u5b9a\u7f6a\uff0c\u90fd\u4f1a\u53cd\u6620\u5728\u4f60\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u5211\u4e8b\u8bb0\u5f55\u4e0a\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7f6a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u9ad8\u8fbe $1,000 \u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\uff0c\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u6700\u957f\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\u7684\u76d1\u7981\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u8f7b\u5fae\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u68c0\uff08Petty Disorderly Persons Offenses<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong>\uff1a\u8fd9\u662f\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u6700\u4f4e\u7ea7\u522b\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u6307\u63a7\uff0c\u6270\u4e71\u6cbb\u5b89\u884c\u4e3a\uff08Disorderly Conduct\uff09\u5c31\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u7c7b\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u5982\u679c\u88ab\u5224\u6709\u8f7b\u5fae\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u68c0\u7f6a\u5c06\u4f1a\u7559\u4e0b\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u7684\u5211\u4e8b\u72af\u7f6a\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u6700\u591a $500 \u7684\u7f5a\u6b3e\u548c\u6700\u957f 30 2C:52-4<\/strong>\uff1a\n<ul>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u67d0\u4eba\u56e0\u8fdd\u53cd\u672c\u5dde\u4efb\u4f55\u5e02\u653f\u6761\u4f8b\u800c\u88ab\u5224\u6709\u7f6a\uff0c\u4e14\u5728\u672c\u5dde\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u5185\u6ca1\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4e4b\u524d\u6216\u4e4b\u540e\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6b64\u4eba\u6700\u591a\u53ea\u80fd\u6709\u4e24\u6b21\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u68c0\uff08Disorderly Person\uff09\u6216\u8f7b\u5fae\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u68c0\uff08Petty Disorderly
