Circumstances)\u201d\u4e0b\uff0c\u5ba1\u67e5\u5b98\u624d\u4f1a\u6839\u636e\u4e2a\u6848 (Case-by-case) \u914c\u60c5\u5141\u8bb8\u8eab\u4efd\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"60\">\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u79fb\u6c11\u6cd5\u4e2d\u8ba4\u53ef\u7684\u201c\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u51b5\u201d\u9002\u7528\u975e\u5e38\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul \u7533\u8bf7\u4eba\u7684\u79bb\u5883\u5c06\u7ed9\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u56fd\u9632\u3001\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u6216\u533b\u7597\u7b49\u9886\u57df\u9020\u6210\u4e25\u91cd\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p
