class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u901a\u5f80\u66fc\u54c8\u987f\u7684<strong>\u4e54\u6cbb\u00b7\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u6865(GWB)\u5165\u53e3<\/strong>\u6781\u5ea6\u62e5\u5835\u8def\u6bb5\u88ab\u540e\u8f66\u8ffd\u5c3e\u3002\u4e8b\u53d1\u540e\uff0c\u5927\u6865\u4ea4\u901a\u6781\u4e3a\u7e41\u5fd9\uff0c\u8b66\u5bdf\u65e0\u6cd5\u5230\u8fbe\u73b0\u573a\u3002\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u4ec5\u80fd\u62cd\u7167\u3001\u4e92\u6362\u5bf9\u65b9\u9a7e\u7167\u53ca\u4fdd\u9669\u4fe1\u606f\u540e\u9a76\u79bb\u73b0\u573a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Condition)<\/em>&#8220;\u4e3a\u7531\u5927\u5e45\u524a\u51cf\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p Management)\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001ESI\u6ce8\u5c04\u6cbb\u7597\u8bb0\u5f55<\/strong>\u7cfb\u7edf\u5316\u6574\u7406\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u672c\u6b21\u4e8b\u6545<strong>\u660e\u663e\u52a0\u91cd\u4e86\u65e2\u5f80\u75c7(Aggravation of Pre-existing Condition)<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669\u6cd5\uff08<strong>N.J.S.A. 39:6A-8<\/strong>\uff09\u4e0b\u7684&#8221;\u8bed\u8a00\u95e8\u69db(Verbal Threshold)&#8221;\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u88ab\u5bb3\u4eba\u987b\u6ee1\u8db3\u516d\u7c7b\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8981\u4ef6\u4e4b\u4e00\uff08\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u4e3a&#8221;\u5408\u7406\u533b\u5b66\u6982\u7387\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4f24\u5bb3&#8221;\uff09\u65b9\u53ef\u4e3b\u5f20\u975e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u591a\u5904\u690e\u95f4\u76d8\u635f\u4f24\u548cESI\u6cbb\u7597\u8bb0\u5f55\u6e05\u6670\u6ee1\u8db3\u8be5\u8981\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
