Chapter 13\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e24\u6b65 Means Test<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b2c 1 \u6b65 \u2014 \u5bb6\u5ead\u6536\u5165\u4e0e\u5dde\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6536\u5165\u6bd4\u8f83<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7533\u8bf7\u524d 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u5e73\u5747\u5bb6\u5ead\u6536\u5165\u5e74\u5316\u540e\u4e0e\u6240\u5728\u5dde\u6309\u6237\u53e3\u89c4\u6a21\u7684\u4e2d\u4f4d\u6536\u5165\u6bd4\u8f83\u3002\u4f4e\u4e8e\u5373\u901a\u8fc7\uff1b\u9ad8\u4e8e\u5219\u8fdb\u5165\u7b2c 2 \u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b2c 2 \u6b65 \u2014 \u53ef\u652f\u914d\u6536\u5165\u8ba1\u7b97<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ece\u6536\u5165\u4e2d\u6263\u9664 IRS \u5168\u56fd\/\u5730\u65b9\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u5b9e\u9645\u503a\u52a1\u507f\u8fd8\u3001\u7a0e\u6b3e\u540e\u5f97\u5230\u53ef\u652f\u914d\u6536\u5165\uff0c\u4f4e\u4e8e\u95e8\u69db\u4ecd\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7 Chapter 7\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NJ \u4e0e NY \u4e2d\u4f4d\u6536\u5165\uff082026 \u4f30\u7b97\uff09<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6bcf 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<br><strong>\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\uff1a<\/strong>1 \u4eba\u7ea6 $7 \u4e07\uff0c2 \u4eba\u7ea6 $9 \u4e07\uff0c4 \u4eba\u7ea6 $13 \u4e07<br><strong>\u7ebd\u7ea6\uff1a<\/strong>1 \u4eba\u7ea6 $6.8 \u4e07\uff0c2 \u4eba\u7ea6 $8.7 \u4e07\uff0c4 \u4eba\u7ea6 $12.5 \u4e07<br>\u4e24\u5dde\u5747\u4ee5\u7f8e\u56fd\u4eba\u53e3\u666e\u67e5\u5c40\u6570\u636e\u6821\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u534e\u88d4\u5ba2\u6237\u5e38\u6f0f\u62a5\u7684\u6263\u9664<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) <strong>\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528<\/strong>\u672c\u4eba\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u6162\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u6cbb\u7597\u8d39\u3001\u5904\u65b9\u836f\u3001\u5b9a\u671f\u68c0\u67e5\u3002(2) <strong>\u5b50\u5973\u79c1\u7acb\u5b66\u6821\u6216\u8865\u4e60\u73ed<\/strong>\u5408\u7406\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u53ef\u6263\u3002(3) <strong>\u8d61\u517b\u7236\u6bcd<\/strong>\u5305\u62ec\u6c47\u5f80\u4e2d\u56fd\/\u97e9\u56fd\u7684\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\uff08\u51ed\u8bc1\u53ef\u90e8\u5206\u6263\u9664\uff09\u3002(4) <strong>\u5b97\u6559\/\u6148\u5584\u6350\u6b3e<\/strong>\u5b9a\u671f\u5949\u732e\u6b3e\u5728\u5408\u7406\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u53d7 11 U.S.C. \u00a7 707(b)(1) \u4fdd\u62a4\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u5e94\u5bf9<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Means Test \u96be\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u65f6\uff0c\u5b8b\u6c0f\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4f1a\u8bc4\u4f30\uff1a<strong>\u7533\u8bf7\u65f6\u70b9\u8c03\u6574<\/strong> \u2014 \u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u5956\u91d1\u62ac\u9ad8 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u5e73\u5747\u6536\u5165\u65f6\u5ef6\u540e\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<strong>\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u5458\u6570\u91cd\u5ba1<\/strong> \u2014 \u540c\u4f4f\u8001\u4eba\u3001\u672a\u5a5a\u6210\u5e74\u5b50\u5973\u662f\u5426\u6f0f\u7b97\u3002<strong>\u8f6c\u4e3a Chapter 13<\/strong> \u2014 Chapter 7 \u4e0d\u80fd\u65f6\u4ee5 3\u20135 \u5e74\u5206\u671f\u507f\u8fd8\u65b9\u6848\u63a8\u8fdb\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u7b54<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u524d\u7684\u79bb\u804c\u8865\u507f\u91d1\u7b97\u6536\u5165\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u539f\u5219\u4e0a\u7b97\u3002\u4f46 11 U.S.C. \u00a7 101(10A) \u5f3a\u8c03&#8221;\u5b9a\u671f\u53d6\u5f97&#8221;\uff0cSDNY \u4e0e DNJ \u90e8\u5206\u6cd5\u9662\u5df2\u5c06\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u8865\u507f\u91d1\u6392\u9664\u3002\u5b8b\u6c0f\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u6839\u636e\u6700\u65b0\u5224\u4f8b\u8bc4\u4f30\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
