New York State Higher Education Services Corp.<\/em>, 831 F.2d 395\uff082d Cir. 1987\uff09\u2014 <strong>\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5224\u4f8b\uff0c\u4f46\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5de1\u56de\u6cd5\u9662\u8f96\u533a\uff08\u542b NJ \u4e0e NY\uff09<\/strong>\u3002(1) \u5f53\u524d\u6536\u5165\u4e0e\u5f00\u652f\u4e0b\u507f\u8fd8\u5b66\u751f\u8d37\u6b3e\u5c06\u65e0\u6cd5\u7ef4\u6301&#8221;\u6700\u4f4e\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73&#8221;\uff1b(2) \u8be5\u56f0\u96be\u5c06\u5728\u507f\u8fd8\u671f\u76f8\u5f53\u90e8\u5206\u6301\u7eed\uff1b(3) \u6709\u8bda\u4fe1\u507f\u8fd8\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2022 \u5e74 DOJ \u6307\u5f15\u8981\u70b9<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u53f8\u6cd5\u90e8\u5bf9\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u5f62\u5c06\u79ef\u6781\u540c\u610f\u514d\u9664\uff1a(1) \u5bb6\u5ead\u6536\u5165\u4f4e\u4e8e\u8d2b\u56f0\u7ebf 225%\uff1b(2) \u672a\u6765\u507f\u8fd8\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u4f4e\uff1b(3) \u5df2\u6709\u5408\u7406\u507f\u8fd8\u5c1d\u8bd5\u3002\u534e\u88d4\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u8d77 Adversary Proceeding \u65f6\u653f\u5e9c\u4e0d\u6297\u8fa9\u800c\u540c\u610f\u514d\u9664\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\u589e\u591a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SDNY \u4e0e DNJ \u8fd1\u671f\u5224\u4f8b<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>In re Wolfson, SDNY 2023<\/strong> \u2014 50 \u4f59\u5c81\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u97e9\u88d4\u5ba2\u6237\u7684 $89,000 \u5b66\u8d37\u83b7\u514d\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408 Brunner Test \u4e0e DOJ \u6307\u5f15\u3002<strong>In re Park, DNJ 2024<\/strong> \u2014 Fort Lee \u5c45\u6c11\u90e8\u5206\u514d\u9664\u6848\u4f8b\uff0c\u97e9\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u5b66\u8d37\u6309\u4e00\u822c\u65e0\u62c5\u4fdd\u503a\u52a1\u5904\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u7b54<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. \u4e2d\u56fd\/\u97e9\u56fd\u53d1\u653e\u7684\u5b66\u8d37\u80fd\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u514d\u9664\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e2d\u56fd\u6216\u97e9\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\/\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u5b66\u8d37\u901a\u5e38\u4e0d\u53d7 \u00a7 523(a)(8) \u9650\u5236\uff0c\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u822c\u65e0\u62c5\u4fdd\u503a\u52a1\u5728 Chapter 7 \u4e2d\u514d\u9664\u3002\u5b8b\u6c0f\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4f1a\u5ba1\u9605\u8d37\u6b3e\u534f\u8bae\u4e0e\u53d1\u653e\u65f6\u95f4\u5224\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Q. \u65e0\u6cd5\u514d\u9664\u65f6\u8fd8\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u9009\u62e9\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Income-Driven Repayment\uff08SAVE\uff09\u3001Public Service Loan Forgiveness\uff08PSLF\uff09\u3001\u6b7b\u4ea1\u4e0e\u6c38\u4e45\u6b8b\u75be\u514d\u9664\u7b49\u3002\u5b8b\u6c0f\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4e0d\u53ea\u8003\u8651\u7834\u4ea7\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u8bc4\u4f30\u6240\u6709\u507f\u8fd8\u8c03\u6574\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adversary Proceeding \u7a0b\u5e8f<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(1) \u63d0\u4ea4\u514d\u9664\u8bc9\u72b6\uff1b(2) \u4e0e\u653f\u5e9c\u3001\u8d37\u6b3e\u673a\u6784\u534f\u5546\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff1b(3) \u6cd5\u9662\u542c\u8bc1\uff08\u5982\u9700\u8981\uff09\uff1b(4) \u5224\u51b3\u6216\u548c\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
