PIP\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PIP\uff08Personal Injury Protection\uff09\u662fN.J.S.A. 39:6A-4\u4e0b\u7684\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u969c\u3002\u8986\u76d6\u8303\u56f4\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u3001\u8bef\u5de5\u635f\u5931\uff08\u6700\u9ad8$5,200\uff09\u3001\u5fc5\u8981\u670d\u52a1\uff08\u6bcf\u65e5$12\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8$4,380\uff09\u3001\u4e27\u846c\u8d39\u7528\uff08$1,000\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PIP\u4e0d\u8bba\u8fc7\u9519\u65b9\u5747\u9002\u7528\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u9020\u6210\u4e8b\u6545\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u4ecd\u901a\u8fc7PIP\u627f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">2. PIP\u4fdd\u969c\u9650\u989d<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u6807\u51c6\u4fdd\u5355\uff1a<\/strong>\u9ed8\u8ba4$15,000\uff1b\u53ef\u9009\u6700\u9ad8$250,000<\/li><li><strong>\u57fa\u672c\u4fdd\u5355\uff1a<\/strong>$15,000\uff08\u4fdd\u969c\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u4fdd\u8d39\u8f83\u4f4e\uff09<\/li><li><strong>\u514d\u8d54\u989d\uff1a<\/strong>\u53ef\u9009$250\u81f3$2,500<\/li><li><strong>\u81ea\u4ed8\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff1a<\/strong>\u533b\u7597\u670d\u52a1\u901a\u5e38\u81ea\u4ed820%<\/li><\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8bb8\u591a\u97e9\u88d4\u6295\u4fdd\u4eba\u4e3a\u964d\u4f4e\u4fdd\u8d39\u9009\u62e9\u6700\u4f4e$15,000\u3002\u5bf9\u4e25\u91cd\u4e8b\u6545\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6b64\u9650\u989d\u5371\u9669\u504f\u4f4e\u3002\u5efa\u8bae\u5bb6\u5ead\u9009\u62e9$250,000 PIP\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">3. PIP\u7533\u62a5\u6d41\u7a0b<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e8b\u6545\u540e24-48\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\uff1a\u901a\u77e5\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5e76\u83b7\u53d6\u7406\u8d54\u53f7\u3002\u63d0\u4ea4\u5b8c\u6574\u7684PIP\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\uff08\u901a\u5e38PIP-1\u3001NF-2\u3001NF-3\uff09\u3002\u6240\u6709\u533b\u7597\u8d26\u5355\u76f4\u63a5\u4ea4\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5904\u7406\uff08\u8bf7\u52ff\u5148\u81ea\u4ed8\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u901a\u5e38\u76f4\u63a5\u5411PIP\u5f00\u8d26\u5355\u3002\u82e5\u673a\u6784\u62d2\u7eddPIP\u5e76\u8981\u6c42\u73b0\u91d1\uff0c\u8bf7\u8981\u6c42\u8f6c\u8bca\u81f3PIP\u53cb\u597d\u673a\u6784\u3002\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5927\u591a\u6570urgent care\u3001\u6025\u8bca\u3001\u6574\u9aa8\u533b\u751f\u3001\u9aa8\u79d1\u533b\u751f\u5747\u5904\u7406PIP\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">4. PIP\u7528\u5c3d\u540e\u2014\u2014\u533b\u4fdd\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9009\u9879<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82e5\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u8d85\u8fc7PIP\u9650\u989d\uff1a\u5546\u4e1a\u533b\u4fdd\uff08\u5982NJ Horizon\u3001Aetna\uff09\u652f\u4ed8\u4f59\u989d\uff0c\u6309\u8ba1\u5212\u514d\u8d54\u989d\u548c\u81ea\u4ed8\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u65e0\u533b\u4fdd\u8005\u53ef\u9002\u7528NJ Medicaid\uff08FamilyCare\uff09\u6216Charity Care\u3002\u8bbf\u7f8e\u7684\u97e9\u56fd\u56fd\u6c11\u6709\u65f6\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u97e9\u56fdNHIS\u5bf9\u6d77\u5916\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u62a5\u9500\u2014\u2014\u4f46\u987b\u4e8b\u5148\u6838\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">5. \u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\uff08Verbal Threshold\uff09<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N.J.S.A. 39:6A-8\u4e0b\uff0c\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u6807\u51c6\u4fdd\u5355\u542b\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\uff08\u6216Limited Tort\uff09\u2014\u2014\u975e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6027\u635f\u5bb3\uff08\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\uff09\u987b\u8bc1\u660e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u60c5\u5f62\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1a\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3001\u80a2\u4f53\u4e27\u5931\u3001\u4e25\u91cd\u6bc1\u5bb9\u3001\u9aa8\u6298\u3001\u80ce\u513f\u4e22\u5931\u3001\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4f24\u5bb3\u6216\u91cd\u5927\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u9009\u62e9\u65e0\u95e8\u69db\uff08No Threshold\u6216Full Tort\uff09\u53ef\u53bb\u9664\u6b64\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u4f46\u4fdd\u8d39\u589e\u52a0\u7ea610-15%\u3002\u591a\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u7684\u97e9\u88d4\u5bb6\u5ead\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u65e0\u95e8\u69db\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">\u5224\u4f8b\u6cd5<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DiProspero v. Penn, 183 N.J. 477 (2005)<\/strong> \u2014\u2014\u91cd\u7533N.J.S.A. 39:6A-8\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>James v. Torres, 354 N.J. Super. 586 (App. Div. 2002)<\/strong> \u2014\u2014\u754c\u5b9a\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\u4e2d&#8221;\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4f24\u5bb3&#8221;\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u9898<\/h2>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#404040;margin-top:24px;\">Q1. \u6211\u6709\u97e9\u56fdNHIS\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4f5cPIP\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PIP\u4f18\u5148\u652f\u4ed8\uff1bNHIS\u62a5\u9500\u4ec5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5728\u97e9\u56fd\u6cbb\u7597\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002NHIS\u65e0\u6cd5\u66ff\u4ee3\u7f8e\u56fd\u5883\u5185\u7684PIP\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#404040;margin-top:24px;\">Q2. PIP\u8986\u76d6\u4e58\u5ba2\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u662f\u7684\u2014\u2014\u60a8\u8f66\u8f86\u4e0a\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u5747\u7531\u60a8\u7684PIP\u8986\u76d6\u3002\u4e58\u5ba2\u82e5\u81ea\u6709PIP\uff0c\u5219\u5176\u4fdd\u5355\u4e3a\u4f18\u5148\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#404040;margin-top:24px;\">Q3. \u6211\u4f5c\u4e3a\u884c\u4eba\u88ab\u8f66\u649e\u4e86\u5462\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669PIP\u4f18\u5148\u9002\u7528\u3002\u82e5\u60a8\u65e0\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669\uff0c\u5219\u8087\u4e8b\u8f66\u8f86\u7684PIP\u9002\u7528\u3002\u4e24\u8005\u5747\u4e0d\u53ef\u7528\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7\u65b0\u6cfd\u897fUnsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund\uff08UCJF\uff09\u7684\u6700\u4f4ePIP\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#404040;margin-top:24px;\">Q4. \u53ef\u4ee5\u5411\u8087\u4e8b\u65b9\u8ffd\u8ba8\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u5417\uff1f<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7531\u60a8\u7684PIP\u652f\u4ed8\u2014\u2014\u4e0d\u7531\u8087\u4e8b\u65b9\u9a7e\u9a76\u5458\u627f\u62c5\u3002\u4ec5\u5728\u6ee1\u8db3\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\u6216\u62e5\u6709\u65e0\u95e8\u69db\u4fdd\u969c\u65f6\uff0c\u53ef\u5bf9\u8087\u4e8b\u65b9\u4e3b\u5f20\u975e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6027\u635f\u5bb3\uff08\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">\u865a\u6784\u6848\u4f8b\u6a21\u62df<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Palisades Park\u4e00\u4f4d\u62e5\u6709$15,000 PIP\u548c\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u5728Route 4\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d\u906d\u53d7\u4e25\u91cd\u97ad\u6253\u4f24\u3002\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u8d85\u8fc7$42,000\u3002PIP\u652f\u4ed8$15,000\uff1bHorizon BCBS\u652f\u4ed8$19,000\uff08\u5728$2,500\u514d\u8d54\u989d\u548c20%\u81ea\u4ed8\u540e\uff09\uff1b\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u81ea\u4ed8$8,000\u3002\u7531\u4e8eMRI\u663e\u793a\u690e\u95f4\u76d8\u7a81\u51fa\uff08\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u4f24\u5bb3\uff09\uff0c\u7b26\u5408\u53e3\u5934\u95e8\u69db\u3002\u5728\u5b8b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4ee3\u7406\u4e0b\uff0c\u8087\u4e8b\u65b9\u4eba\u8eab\u4f24\u5bb3\u8d23\u4efb\u9669\uff08$100,000\uff09\u88ab\u5168\u989d\u8ffd\u8ba8\uff1a$75,000\u548c\u89e3\u6db5\u76d6\u7cbe\u795e\u75db\u82e6\u3001\u8bef\u5de5\u635f\u5931\u3001\u81ea\u4ed8\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2
