Fox &#038; Lazo Realtors, 132 N.J. 426 (1993)<\/strong> \u2014\u2014\u786e\u7acb\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u7269\u4e1a\u8d23\u4efb\u987b\u8003\u8651\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u6027\u548c\u5408\u7406\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u5e9f\u9664\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u5206\u7c7b\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nisivoccia v. Glass Gardens, Inc., 175 N.J. 559 (2003)<\/strong> \u2014\u2014\u8ba4\u5b9a\u8d85\u5e02\u8461\u8404\u5c55\u793a\u521b\u9020\u53ef\u9884\u89c1\u5371\u9669\uff0c\u987b\u627f\u62c5\u7ecf\u8425\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Basso v.
