retrogression\u7b49\u6311\u6218\u3002\u672c\u53d9\u8ff0\u7efc\u5408\u5b8b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5904\u7406\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u62c5\u4fdd\u7eff\u5361\u6848\u4f8b\u7684\u5171\u540c\u7279\u5f81\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">\u6848\u4ef6\u80cc\u666f<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H-1B\u8eab\u4efd\u6700\u957f6\u5e74 (3+3\u5ef6\u671f)\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u53ef\u5ef6\u671f\u4ecd\u6709\u5b9e\u9645\u9650\u5236\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7f8e\u56fd\u5c31\u4e1a\u5e02\u573a\u6ca1\u6709\u8db3\u591f\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u62c5\u4fdd\uff0c\u56de\u97e9\u56fd\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7fa4\u4f53\u56e0\u6b64\u5bfb\u6c42\u901a\u8fc7PERM\/I-140\/I-485\u7684\u96c7\u4e3b\u62c5\u4fdd\u7eff\u5361\u8def\u5f84\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2460 PERM (Labor Certification) \u2014 INA \u00a7 212(a)(5)(A) \u8981\u6c42\uff1b\u96c7\u4e3b\u8bc1\u660e\u8058\u7528\u5916\u7c4d\u5de5\u4eba\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u5de5\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u5229\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u5305\u62ecprevailing wage\u5224\u5b9a\u3001\u5e7f\u544a\/\u62db\u8058\u3001ETA Form 9089\u7533\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2461 I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker) \u2014 8 C.F.R. \u00a7 204.5(k)\/(l)\u3002\u96c7\u4e3b\u4ee3\u8868\u5916\u7c4d\u5de5\u4eba\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2462 I-485 (Adjustment of Status) \u2014 INA \u00a7 245, 8 C.F.R. \u00a7 245\u3002\u4f18\u5148\u65e5current\u540e\u8fdb\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8eab\u4efd\u8c03\u6574\u9636\u6bb5\u7684\u5173\u952e\u4fdd\u62a4\u5305\u62ec8 C.F.R. \u00a7 274a.13\u4e0b\u7684EAD\/AP\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca8 U.S.C. \u00a7 1184(n)\u4e0b\u7684AC21 portability\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#98344A;border-bottom:2px solid #98344A;padding-bottom:6px;margin-top:32px;\">\u5b8b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u7b56\u7565<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5b8b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5c06\u8be5\u8def\u5f84\u5206\u4e09\u9636\u6bb5\u6784\u5efa\u3002<\/p>\n<p Processing\u7ea615\u5929)\uff0cI-485\u6839\u636e\u4f18\u5148\u65e5\u72b6\u6001\u6709\u8f83\u5927\u5dee\u5f02\u3002\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7H-1B\u5ef6\u671f\u6216EAD\u57fa\u7840\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6388\u6743\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u8eab\u4efd\u65e0\u4e2d\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
