\u2014 FLSA \u4e0e NJWHL<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u8054\u90a6\u516c\u5e73\u52b3\u52a8\u6807\u51c6\u6cd5(Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. \u00a7 207)\u89c4\u5b9a\u52a0\u73ed\u5de5\u4f5c\u5fc5\u987b\u652f\u4ed81.5\u500d\u7684\u52a0\u73ed\u8d39(Overtime Pay),\u4e3a\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8d44\u3001\u52a0\u73ed\u8d39\u3001\u7ae5\u5de5\u4fdd\u62a4\u63d0\u4f9b\u57fa\u672c\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">NJ\u5de5\u8d44\u5de5\u65f6\u6cd5(N.J.S.A. 34:11-56a \u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0b)\u63d0\u4f9b\u8f83\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u66f4\u4e3a\u5468\u5168\u7684\u4fdd\u62a4\u3002NJ\u6700\u4f4e\u5de5\u8d44\u5386\u7ecf\u5206\u9636\u6bb5\u4e0a\u8c03,\u52a0\u73ed\u8d39\u3001\u4f11\u606f\u3001\u5de5\u8d44\u652f\u4ed8\u5468\u671f\u7b49\u4ea6\u6709\u660e\u6587\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u6b64\u5916,NJ Wage Theft Act(2019\u5e74\u4fee\u6b63,N.J.S.A. 34:11-4.10)\u5c06\u5de5\u8d44\u62d6\u6b20\u5347\u683c\u4e3a\u53ef\u5904\u4ee5\u5211\u4e8b\u5904\u7f5a\u7684\u72af\u7f6a\u884c\u4e3a,\u5e76\u5f3a\u5316\u4e86\u52b3\u52a8\u8005\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u6743,\u5305\u62ec Liquidated Damages(\u672a\u4ed8\u989d200%\u7684\u989d\u5916\u8d54\u507f)\u4e0e\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d39\u627f\u62c5\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 Stub)\u3001\u8003\u52e4\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u5165\u8d26\u660e\u7ec6\u3001\u8003\u52e4\u5361\u3001\u77ed\u4fe1\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u672c\u4eba\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u975e\u6b63\u5f0f\u5de5\u65f6,\u53ea\u8981\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u4e5f\u53ef\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8bc1\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<h3 Labor
