\u81ea2019\u5e74\u8d77\u5bf9\u9996\u6b21\u8fdd\u89c4\u8005\u5728\u4e00\u5b9a BAC \u533a\u95f4\u5185\u7f29\u77ed\u4e86\u9a7e\u7167\u540a\u9500\u671f\u95f4,\u5e76\u5b8c\u5584\u4e86\u5236\u5ea6,\u4f7f\u9644\u6761\u4ef6\u5b89\u88c5 ignition interlock device \u540e\u53ef\u4fdd\u7559\u9a7e\u7167\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">IDRC (Intoxicated Driver Resource Center) \u6559\u80b2\u8bfe\u7a0b\u7684\u4fee\u5b8c\u4e3a\u5fc5\u987b,\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u4fee\u5b8c\u8ba1\u5212\u5236\u5b9a\u5c06\u5f71\u54cd\u91cf\u5211\u3002<\/p>\n<p
