14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u5728\u7ed3\u6784\u4e0a\u4e0e\u666e\u901a\u6c7d\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u6709\u8bf8\u591a\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u9a91\u624b\u8eab\u4f53\u66b4\u9732\u4e8e\u5916,\u4f24\u60c5\u901a\u5e38\u66f4\u4e25\u91cd,\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u7684\u8f6c\u8fd0\u3001\u6025\u6551\u548c\u5eb7\u590d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e5f\u5f80\u5f80\u663e\u8457\u66f4\u957f\u3002\u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde,\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u9a7e\u9a76\u4eba\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e0e\u666e\u901a\u4e58\u7528\u8f66\u4e0d\u540c,\u5982\u679c\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u540e\u672a\u80fd\u7acb\u5373\u51c6\u786e\u7406\u89e3\u8fd9\u4e00\u5dee\u5f02,\u5c31\u5e38\u5e38\u4f1a\u5931\u53bb\u5e94\u5f97\u7684\u8865\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n<p PIP(Personal Injury Protection)\u3002\u672c\u7bc7\u4e13\u680f\u68b3\u7406\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373\u6838\u5b9e\u7684\u4fdd\u9669\u7d22\u8d54\u6d41\u7a0b,\u4ee5\u53ca\u53ef\u901a\u8fc7\u591a\u91cd\u4fdd\u9669\u6765\u6e90\u6062\u590d\u7684\u635f\u5931\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u80cc\u666f \u2014 \u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4e0e\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f PIP \u7684\u5173\u7cfb<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u6c7d\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669\u6cd5(N.J.S.A. 39:6A-1 \u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0b)\u8981\u6c42\u6c7d\u8f66(automobile)\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u6295\u4fdd PIP\u3002\u7136\u800c N.J.S.A. 39:6A-2(a) \u5173\u4e8e &quot;automobile&quot; \u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u660e\u786e\u5c06\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u6392\u9664\u5728\u5916\u3002\u56e0\u6b64,\u9664\u975e\u5728\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4fdd\u5355\u4e2d\u53e6\u884c\u52a0\u4fdd PIP \u9644\u52a0\u9669,\u5426\u5219\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u9a7e\u9a76\u4eba\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u65f6\u65e0\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684 PIP \u652f\u4ed8\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">N.J.S.A. 39:6A-3.3 \u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4fdd\u9669\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u9a7e\u9a76\u4eba\u53d1\u751f\u4e8b\u6545\u65f6,\u5fc5\u987b\u4f9d\u6b21\u5ba1\u67e5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6765\u6e90:(1) \u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4fdd\u5355\u7684 Medical Payments(MedPay)\u9644\u52a0\u9669,(2) \u672c\u4eba\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669,(3) \u5bf9\u65b9\u8d23\u4efb\u9669(Third Party Liability),(4) Uninsured\/Underinsured Motorist(UM\/UIM)\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u6b64\u5916,\u4eba\u8eab\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u8bf7\u6c42\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65f6\u6548\u6839\u636e N.J.S.A. 2A:14-2 \u4e3a\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u4e24\u5e74\u3002\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u7684\u4f24\u60c5\u6062\u590d\u671f\u8f83\u957f,\u7d22\u8d54\u65f6\u70b9\u5bb9\u6613\u5ef6\u540e,\u56e0\u6b64\u65f6\u6548\u7ba1\u7406\u5c24\u4e3a\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u62a5\u8b66\u5e76\u53d6\u5f97\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a(Police Crash Report)\u3002\u6469\u6258\u8f66\u4e8b\u6545\u4e2d,\u8fc7\u5931\u5224\u65ad\u5f88\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8d56\u76ee\u51fb\u8005\u9648\u8ff0,\u52a1\u5fc5\u6536\u96c6\u73b0\u573a\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u8054\u7cfb\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n<p Payments(MedPay)\u9644\u52a0\u9669\u3002\u82e5\u5df2\u52a0\u4fdd,\u53ef\u4f18\u5148\u7533\u8bf7\u6025\u8bca\u3001\u624b\u672f\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u901a\u8fc7 Collision\/Comprehensive \u4fdd\u969c\u8fc5\u901f\u8ffd\u56de\u8f66\u8f86\u635f\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u2462 \u4f7f\u7528\u672c\u4eba\u5065\u5eb7\u4fdd\u9669<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u7531\u4e8e\u65e0
