McDevitt, 177 N.J. 451(2003)\u5224\u51b3\u786e\u8ba4:CEPA \u539f\u544a\u53ea\u9700\u8bc1\u660e(1) \u4e3e\u62a5\u5bf9\u8c61\u884c\u4e3a\u88ab\u5176\u5408\u7406\u8ba4\u4e3a\u8fdd\u53cd\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6cd5\u89c4\u6216\u516c\u5171\u653f\u7b56;(2) \u4e3e\u62a5\u540e\u53d1\u751f\u4e86\u62a5\u590d;(3) \u4e3e\u62a5\u4e0e\u62a5\u590d\u4e4b\u95f4\u5b58\u5728\u56e0\u679c\u5173\u7cfb\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 \u5b89\u5168\u6cd5\u89c4\u3001\u5f3a\u5236\u7ef4\u6301\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u4f5c\u4e1a\u73af\u5883\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5728\u5efa\u7b51\u5de5\u5730\u3001\u98df\u54c1\u5236\u9020\u3001\u533b\u7597\u673a\u6784\u4e2d\u7701\u7565\u5fc5\u8981\u5b89\u5168\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u6269\u5927(N.J.S.A. 34:19-4)\u3002\u5c5e\u4e8e&quot;licensed or certified health care professional&quot;\u6761\u6b3e\u8005,\u4e3e\u62a5\u8981\u4ef6\u4ece\u5bbd\u3002<\/p>\n<p
