\u6708\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u5927\u5e45\u4fee\u8ba2\u4ee5\u6765,\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u51b3\u5b9a\u7684\u53ef\u9884\u6d4b\u6027\u548c\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e0e\u4e4b\u524d\u6709\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u7279\u522b\u662f\u5a5a\u59fb\u6301\u7eed\u671f\u95f4\u3001\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u652f\u4ed8\u671f\u95f4\u3001\u9000\u4f11\u65f6\u70b9\u5904\u7406\u3001\u540c\u5c45\u65f6\u51cf\u989d\u89c4\u5b9a\u5f97\u5230\u660e\u786e\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u5e74\u4fee\u8ba2\u540e,\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u7684\u7c7b\u578b\u6574\u7406\u4e3a\u4ee5\u4e0b\u56db\u79cd:(1) Open Durational Alimony(\u5f00\u653e\u5f0f\u671f\u95f4\u8d61\u517b\u8d39),(2) Limited Duration Alimony(\u9650\u671f\u8d61\u517b\u8d39),(3) Rehabilitative Alimony(\u5eb7\u590d\u6027\u8d61\u517b\u8d39),(4) Reimbursement Alimony(\u8865\u507f\u6027\u8d61\u517b\u8d39)\u3002\u4ee5\u5f80\u7684&quot;Permanent Alimony&quot;(\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u8d61\u517b\u8d39)\u7528\u8bed\u5df2\u88ab\u5e9f\u9664,\u53ea\u6709 20 \u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u957f\u671f\u5a5a\u59fb\u624d\u53ef\u8ba4\u5b9a Open Durational Alimony\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">N.J.S.A. 2A:34-23(b) \u5217\u4e3e\u4e86\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u8ba1\u7b97\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u65f6\u5e94\u8003\u8651\u7684 14 \u9879\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u4ee3\u8868\u6027\u56e0\u7d20\u5305\u62ec:(1) \u914d\u5076\u7684\u5b9e\u9645\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u652f\u4ed8\u80fd\u529b,(2) \u5a5a\u59fb\u6301\u7eed\u671f\u95f4,(3) \u914d\u5076\u7684\u5e74\u9f84\u548c\u5065\u5eb7,(4) \u5a5a\u59fb\u671f\u95f4\u7ef4\u6301\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u6c34\u5e73,(5) \u5404\u914d\u5076\u7684\u6536\u5165\u548c\u6536\u5165\u6f5c\u529b,(6) \u8d22\u4ea7\u5206\u5272\u7ed3\u679c,(7)
