Amsted Industries, 86 N.J. 332 (1981) \u6848\u786e\u7acb\u4e86\u4e3b\u8981\u5224\u65ad\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">**2. \u8bf7\u6c42\u5e76\u9012\u4ea4\u7a0e\u52a1\u901a\u77e5\u4e66\u3002\u51fa\u552e\u65b9\u521d\u671f\u62b5\u89e6,\u4f46\u56e0\u4e0d\u613f\u5ef6\u8fdf\u4ea4\u5272,\u4ee5\u6b64\u4e3a\u6760\u6746\u4e89\u53d6\u5230
