\u5e74\u65f6,\u914d\u5076\u63d0\u8d77\u79bb\u5a5a\u8bc9\u8bbc,\u5e76\u4e3b\u5f20\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u5168\u90e8\u65e0\u6548,\u8981\u6c42\u5206\u5272\u5a5a\u540e\u6210\u957f\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6743\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u82e5\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u88ab\u5224\u65e0\u6548,\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6743\u53ca\u5176\u5a5a\u540e\u589e\u503c\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3a\u592b\u59bb\u5171\u540c\u8d22\u4ea7 (marital property) \u4e88\u4ee5\u5206\u5272,\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\u603b\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u7ea6 85% \u9762\u4e34\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">\u6848\u4ef6\u80cc\u666f<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u5728\u5a5a\u793c 6 \u4e2a\u6708\u524d\u7b7e\u7f72,\u53cc\u65b9\u5206\u522b\u8058\u8bf7\u72ec\u7acb\u5f8b\u5e08\u5ba1\u6838\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u6761\u6b3e\u5305\u62ec:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 \u7b7e\u7f72\u65f6\u672a\u5145\u5206\u62ab\u9732\u8d22\u52a1\u72b6\u51b5,(3) \u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u5b58\u5728\u660e\u663e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73 (unconscionable)\u3002\u82e5\u4efb\u4e00\u9879\u6210\u7acb,\u5219\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u6574\u4f53\u6216\u76f8\u5173\u6761\u6b3e\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u65e0\u6548\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8981\u70b9\u00b7NJ \u6cd5\u89c4<\/h2>\n<p 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u5bf9\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u6548\u529b\u7684\u5224\u65ad\u4f9d\u300a\u7edf\u4e00\u5a5a\u524d\u534f\u8bae\u6cd5\u300b(Uniform Premarital Agreement style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u6536\u96c6\u7b7e\u7f72\u65f6\u70b9 (\u5a5a\u793c\u524d 6 \u4e2a\u6708) \u53ca\u6574\u4e2a\u534f\u5546\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u90ae\u4ef6\u3001\u77ed\u4fe1\u53ca\u5f8b\u5e08\u5f80\u6765\u4fe1\u4ef6\u3002\u914d\u5076\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c31\u7279\u5b9a\u6761\u6b3e\u8bf7\u6c42\u4fee\u6539\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u591a\u6b21\u8349\u6848\u4fee\u6539\u5386\u53f2\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b7e\u7f72\u5f53\u65e5\u5728\u5bf9\u65b9\u5f8b\u5e08\u89c1\u8bc1\u4e0b\u786e\u8ba4\u81ea\u613f\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u58f0\u660e,\u5171\u540c\u6784\u6210\u5173\u952e\u8bc1\u636e\u57fa\u7840\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u51fa\u793a\u7b7e\u7f72\u524d\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u62a5\u8868\u3001\u516c\u53f8\u5ba1\u8ba1\u62a5\u544a\u3001\u94f6\u884c\u4e0e\u6295\u8d44\u8d26\u6237\u660e\u7ec6\u3001\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u6240\u6709\u6743\u8bc1\u660e\u7b49\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5408\u540c\u9644\u4ef6 (Exhibit) \u7684\u539f\u4ef6\u3002\u9644\u4ef6 A \u4e3a 8 \u9875\u8be6\u7ec6\u8d44\u4ea7\u6e05\u5355,\u5e76\u4fdd\u7559\u4e86\u5bf9\u65b9\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e66\u9762\u786e\u8ba4\u5df2\u5ba1\u9605\u7684\u8bb0\u5f55\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">3. \u660e\u663e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u4e3b\u5f20\u4e4b\u53cd\u9a73<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u4f9d\u636e 2013 \u5e74\u4fee\u8ba2\u540e\u7684 N.J.S.A. 37:2-38,\u4ec5 execution \u65f6\u70b9\u7684\u660e\u663e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u65b9\u4e3a\u5ba1\u67e5\u5bf9\u8c61\u3002\u7b7e\u7f72\u65f6,\u914d\u5076\u4ea6\u4e3a\u62e5\u6709\u53ef\u89c2\u6536\u5165\u4e0e\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb,\u8d61\u517b\u8d39\u6761\u6b3e\u660e\u786e\u89c4\u5b9a\u5a5a\u59fb\u6ee1 3 \u5e74\u5373\u9700\u652f\u4ed8,\u8bc1\u660e\u534f\u8bae\u5e76\u975e\u5355\u65b9\u9762\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">4. \u914d\u5076\u65b9 duress \u4e3b\u5f20\u4e4b\u53cd\u9a73<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u867d\u7136\u914d\u5076\u65b9\u4e3b\u5f20\u5a5a\u793c\u4e34\u8fd1\u4ea7\u751f\u538b\u529b,\u4f46\u5b9e\u9645\u7b7e\u7f72\u65f6\u70b9\u4e3a\u5a5a\u793c\u524d 6 \u4e2a\u6708,\u6b64\u540e\u4ecd\u6709\u5145\u5206\u64a4\u56de\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u5a5a\u793c\u7b79\u5907\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u914d\u5076\u81ea\u613f\u53c2\u4e0e\u7684\u591a\u9879\u51b3\u5b9a (\u65b0\u5c45\u79df\u7ea6\u3001\u5a5a\u793c\u7b79\u5907\u7b49),\u4e14\u4ece\u672a\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u70b9\u5c1d\u8bd5\u65e0\u6548\u5316\u534f\u8bae\u4e4b\u4e8b\u5b9e,\u524a\u5f31\u4e86 duress \u4e3b\u5f20\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">5. \u63d0\u51fa Motion for Summary Judgment<\/h2>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5728\u6b63\u5f0f\u5ead\u5ba1\u524d\u9636\u6bb5\u7533\u8bf7 Summary Judgment,\u5411\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u793a\u914d\u5076\u65b9\u5bf9\u81ea\u613f\u6027\u3001\u62ab\u9732\u3001\u660e\u663e\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u4e09\u9879\u8981\u4ef6\u5747\u65e0\u7acb\u8bc1\u4f9d\u636e\u3002\u6b64\u4e3a\u89c4\u907f\u957f\u671f\u5ead\u5ba1\u5e76\u5bfb\u6c42\u5feb\u901f\u7ed3\u8bba\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u5224\u65ad\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
