Motorist)\u662f\u76f8\u5173\u4f46\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4fdd\u969c,\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5bf9\u65b9\u4fdd\u9669\u91d1\u989d\u4e0d\u8db3\u7684\u60c5\u5f62;\u672c\u6587\u4ee5UM\u4e3a\u4e3b\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">UM\u7d22\u8d54\u65e2\u662f\u5bf9\u81ea\u5df1\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5408\u540c\u7d22\u8d54,\u53c8\u4e0e\u4ee3\u4f4d\u6c42\u507f(subrogation)\u76f8\u5173\u8054\u3002\u4fdd\u9669\u516c\u53f8\u5411\u4f60\u8d54\u4ed8\u540e,\u5373\u53d6\u5f97\u9488\u5bf9\u65e0\u4fdd\u9669\u53f8\u673a\u7684\u8ffd\u507f\u6743\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
