Limitations)\u3002\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00,\u8bc9\u8bbc\u987b\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d77\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u63d0\u8d77,\u8d85\u8fc7\u671f\u9650,\u65e0\u8bba\u4f24\u60c5\u591a\u4e25\u91cd\u3001\u5bf9\u65b9\u8fc7\u9519\u591a\u660e\u786e,\u6848\u4ef6\u90fd\u5c06\u88ab\u9a73\u56de\u3002\u5b9e\u9645\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e2d,\u8be5\u539f\u5219\u5b58\u5728\u591a\u4e2a\u4f8b\u5916\u4e0e\u5ef6\u5c55\u89c4\u5219;\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u516c\u5171\u673a\u6784\u63d0\u8d77\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u66f4\u6709\u53e6\u884c\u3001\u4e14\u66f4\u77ed\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u671f\u9650\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u8bc9\u8bbc\u65f6\u6548\u662f\u53ef\u884c\u4f7f\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743\u7684\u6700\u957f\u671f\u95f4\u3002\u65f6\u6548\u5c4a\u6ee1\u540e,\u8bf7\u6c42\u6743\u672c\u8eab\u5e76\u672a\u81ea\u52a8\u6d88\u706d,\u4f46\u4e00\u65e6\u88ab\u544a\u63d0\u51fa\u65f6\u6548\u6297\u8fa9,\u6cd5\u9662\u5373\u987b\u9a73\u56de\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u4e0e\u4e4b\u76f8\u5173\u4f46\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\u5305\u62ec\u9664\u65a5\u671f\u95f4(Statute of Repose)\u4e0e\u8d77\u8bc9\u524d\u901a\u77e5\u8981\u6c42(Notice of Claim)\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5b9e\u9645\u8ba1\u7b97\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u590d\u6742,\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u8d77\u7b97\u70b9\u4e0d\u540c,\u671f\u9650\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u4ece\u4e8b\u6545\u53d1\u751f\u65e5\u8d77\u7b97;\u82e5\u4f24\u5bb3\u672a\u5373\u65f6\u663e\u73b0,\u53ef\u80fd\u4f9ddiscovery rule\u987a\u5ef6\u81f3\u53d7\u4f24\u4eba\u5408\u7406\u77e5\u6653\u6216\u5e94\u77e5\u7684\u65f6\u70b9,\u4f46\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u6cd5\u9662\u5bf9\u6b64\u89c4\u5219\u7684\u9002\u7528\u975e\u5e38\u4e25\u683c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 0;\">\u300a\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u4fb5\u6743\u7d22\u8d54\u6cd5\u300b(N.J.S.A. 59:1-1 \u53ca\u540e\u7eed) \u2014 \u9488\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u673a\u6784\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u987b\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u8d77\u7b97\u4e4b\u65e5\u8d7790\u5929\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e66\u9762Notice of Claim,\u5e76\u53e6\u884c\u5728\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u63d0\u8d77\u8bc9\u8bbc<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:5px 0;\">N.J.S.A. 2A:14-25 \u53ca\u76f8\u5173\u5224\u4f8b \u2014 \u533b\u7597\u8fc7\u5931\u76f8\u5173\u60c5\u5f62\u4e0bdiscovery rule\u7684\u9002\u7528<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5bf9\u653f\u5e9c\u6216\u516c\u5171\u673a\u6784\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u5b58\u5728\u53cc\u91cd\u65f6\u95f4\u9650\u5236\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00,\u4e8b\u6545\u540e90\u5929\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e66\u9762Notice of Claim;\u7b2c\u4e8c,\u81ea\u8d77\u7b97\u65e5\u8d77\u4e24\u5e74\u5185\u8d77\u8bc9\u3002\u82e5\u9519\u8fc790\u5929\u901a\u77e5,\u6574\u4e2a\u7d22\u8d54\u53ef\u80fd\u5931\u6548;\u867d\u53ef\u7533\u8bf7leave to file late notice,\u4f46\u4ec5\u5728\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u4e00\u5e74\u5185\u3001\u4e14\u5c5e\u4e8e\u7279\u6b8a\u60c5\u5f62\u65f6\u65b9\u83b7\u88c1\u91cf\u51c6\u4e88\u3002<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#1a1a1a;font-size:22px;margin:32px 0 12px;border-left:4px solid #98344A;padding-left:12px;\">\u5b9e\u6218\u5bf9\u7b56<\/h2>\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 0;\">\u4e8b\u6545\u540e\u7acb\u5373\u5728\u65e5\u5386\u4e0a\u6807\u6ce8\u4e24\u5e74\u671f\u6ee1\u65e5,\u5e76\u81f3\u5c11\u63d0\u524d\u516d\u4e2a\u6708\u8bbe\u7f6e\u63d0\u9192\u3002<\/li>\n<li 0;\">\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u9002\u7528\u65f6\u6548\u5ef6\u5c55,\u4f46\u7236\u6bcd\u5c31\u533b\u7597\u8d39\u7528\u7b49\u6d3e\u751f\u7d22\u8d54\u672a\u5fc5\u5ef6\u5c55,\u5e94\u5355\u72ec\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/li>\n<li
