N.J.S.A. 2A:34-53\u53ca\u5176\u540e \u2014 \u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u7684UCCJEA\u91c7\u7eb3,\u57fa\u4e8e\u513f\u7ae5\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u5c45\u6240(habitual residence)\u786e\u7acb\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u7ba1\u8f96<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:5px 0;\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u513f\u7ae5\u6700\u4f73\u5229\u76ca\u6807\u51c6, N.J.S.A. 9:2-4(c) \u2014 \u76d1\u62a4\u51b3\u5b9a\u768414\u9879\u8981\u7d20\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6846\u67b6<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\u5728\u4e8e\u786e\u7acb\u5b50\u5973\u5728\u4e0d\u5f53\u6263\u7559\u524d\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u4e3a\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u3002\u4e3e\u8bc1\u9700\u8981\u6309\u65f6\u95f4\u987a\u5e8f\u91cd\u5efa\u5b66\u6821\u767b\u8bb0\u3001\u533b\u7597\u7167\u62a4\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u4f4f\u5bbf\u79df\u7ea6\u5386\u53f2\u548c\u6258\u513f\u5b89\u6392\u7b49\u591a\u7ef4\u5ea6\u6587\u6863\u3002<\/p>\n<p 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">1. \u7acb\u5373\u7d27\u6025\u6551\u6d4e \u2014 \u6848\u4ef6\u53d7\u7406\u540e48\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185,\u5b8b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u5411\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u5bb6\u5ead\u90e8\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e34\u65f6\u7981\u6b62\u4ee4(Temporary Restraining Order)\u7533\u8bf7,\u7981\u6b62\u5b50\u5973\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8de8\u5883\u79fb\u52a8,\u5728\u7ba1\u8f96\u6743\u5224\u5b9a\u524d\u4fdd\u6301\u73b0\u72b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">2. \u6d77\u7259\u516c\u7ea6\u7533\u8bf7\u51c6\u5907 \u2014 \u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u52a1\u9662\u4e2d\u592e\u5f53\u5c40(Office of Children&#x27;s Issues, U.S. Department of State)\u63d0\u4ea4\u8fd4\u8fd8\u7533\u8bf7(Application for Return)\u3002\u6784\u5efa\u7efc\u5408\u8bc1\u636e\u5305\u8bc1\u660e\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f:\u5b66\u6821\u6ce8\u518c\u8bb0\u5f55\u3001\u513f\u79d1\u533b\u7597\u6863\u6848\u3001\u4f4f\u5bbf\u79df\u8d41\u534f\u8bae\u3001\u65e5\u6258\u767b\u8bb0\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u8bfe\u5916\u6d3b\u52a8\u6ce8\u518c\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">3. \u97e9\u56fd\u5f8b\u5e08\u534f\u4f5c \u2014 \u4e0e\u9996\u5c14\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u9662\u7ba1\u8f96\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u5f8b\u5e08\u5b9e\u65f6\u534f\u4f5c\u3002\u540c\u65f6\u5411\u97e9\u56fd\u4e2d\u592e\u5f53\u5c40(\u6cd5\u52a1\u90e8\u56fd\u9645\u6cd5\u52a1\u5c40)\u63d0\u4ea4\u5bf9\u5e94\u7533\u8bf7\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">4. \u9884\u5148\u51c6\u5907\u9632\u5fa1\u903b\u8f91 \u2014 \u9884\u5224\u5e76\u51c6\u5907\u9488\u5bf9\u914d\u5076\u5728\u6d77\u7259\u516c\u7ea6\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u6297\u8fa9(\u5bf9\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u4f24\u5bb3\u98ce\u9669\u3001\u6210\u719f\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u53cd\u5bf9\u3001\u4e00\u5e74\u5b9a\u5c45\u6297\u8fa9)\u7684\u53cd\u9a73\u8bba\u636e\u3002<\/p>\n<p UCCJEA\u7ba1\u8f96\u5f02\u8bae \u2014 \u57fa\u4e8eUCCJEA\u4f18\u5148\u539f\u5219,\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u76d1\u62a4\u7533\u8bf7\u63d0\u51fa\u7ba1\u8f96\u5f02\u8bae,\u786e\u8ba4\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5dde\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5b9a\u6846\u67b6\u4e3a\u5bb6\u4e61\u5dde\u7ba1\u8f96\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\">## \u5904\u7406\u8fc7\u7a0b<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 12px;padding-left:22px;color:#333;line-height:1.75;\">\n<li \u9996\u5c14\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cd5\u9662\u8ba4\u5b9a\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u60ef\u5e38\u5c45\u6240\u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f,\u53d1\u51fa\u8fd4\u8fd8\u547d\u4ee4\u3002\u4e24\u540d\u5b50\u5973\u5747\u8fd4\u56de\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u3002<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin:5px 0;\">\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u9ad8\u7b49\u6cd5\u9662\u6700\u7ec8\u5224\u51b3 \u2014 \u5bf9\u4e24\u540d\u5b50\u5973\u786e\u7acb50\/50\u5171\u540c\u8eab\u4f53\u76d1\u62a4\u6743\u3002\u5b66\u671f\u65e5\u7a0b:A(\u6bcf\u54685\u5929),\u914d\u5076(\u6bcf\u54682\u5929\u52a0\u9694\u5468\u5468\u672b)\u3002\u5047\u671f\u65f6\u95f4\u5747\u7b49\u5206\u914d\u3002\u56fd\u9645\u65c5\u884c\u6761\u6b3e\u8981\u6c42\u53cc\u65b9\u4e66\u9762\u5171\u540c\u540c\u610f\u53ca\u4e8b\u524d\u6cd5\u9662\u6279\u51c6,\u5305\u62ec\u62a4\u7167\u4fdd\u7ba1\u548c\u65c5\u884c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u91d1\u5b58\u7f34\u4e49\u52a1\u3002<\/li>\n<li 0;\">UCCJEA\u7ba1\u8f96\u5f02\u8bae\u987b\u5728\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u9884\u5148\u63d0\u8d77\u3002\u82e5\u5bf9\u65b9\u5728\u5916\u56fd\u6cd5\u9662\u63d0\u51fa\u5bf9\u7acb\u76d1\u62a4\u7533\u8bf7,\u4f9d\u636eUCCJEA\u786e\u7acb\u65b0\u6cfd\u897f\u5bb6\u4e61\u5dde\u7ba1\u8f96\u7684\u8fc5\u901f\u884c\u52a8\u662f\u5173\u952e\u3002<\/li>\n<li
