(AAO 2016) \u7684\u4e09\u9879\u6846\u67b6\u5ba1\u67e5:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin:8px 0 12px;padding-left:22px;color:#333;line-height:1.75;\">\n<li style=\"margin:5px 0;\">\u5b9e\u8d28\u4ef7\u503c\u4e0e\u56fd\u5bb6\u91cd\u8981\u6027 (substantial merit and national importance):\u53d7\u76ca\u4eba\u63d0\u8bae\u7684\u672a\u6765\u6d3b\u52a8\u662f\u5426\u5177\u6709\u5b9e\u8d28\u4ef7\u503c\u5e76\u5bf9\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u5229\u76ca\u91cd\u8981<\/li>\n<li
