Super. 112 (App. Div. 2006) \u5224\u4f8b\u786e\u7acb\u4e86 FRO \u7684\u4e24\u6b65\u5206\u6790\u6846\u67b6\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65<\/strong>\u5ba1\u67e5<strong>\u662f\u5426\u53d1\u751f PDVA \u6240\u5217\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u6784\u6210\u884c\u4e3a<\/strong>\u3002PDVA \u5217\u4e3e\u4e86 19 \u79cd\u524d\u63d0\u72af\u7f6a \u2014 \u6bb4\u6253\u00b7\u6050\u5413\u00b7\u9a9a\u6270\u00b7\u8ddf\u8e2a\u00b7\u6027\u4fb5\u00b7\u8d22\u4ea7\u7834\u574f\u00b7\u975e\u6cd5\u62d8\u7981\u7b49\u3002\u672c\u6848\u4e2d\u7684\u627c\u9888\u884c\u4e3a\u6784\u6210 <strong>N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1 \u7b80\u5355\u6bb4\u6253\u7f6a<\/strong>,\u6301\u7eed\u7684\u5a01\u80c1\u6027\u77ed\u4fe1\u6784\u6210 <strong>N.J.S.A. 2C:33-4 \u9a9a\u6270\u7f6a<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height:1.85;color:#2a2a2a;margin:10px 0 14px;font-size:15.5px;\"><strong>\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65<\/strong>\u5ba1\u67e5<strong>\u7b7e\u53d1 FRO \u662f\u5426\u4e3a\u4fdd\u62a4\u53d7\u5bb3\u4eba\u6240\u5fc5\u9700<\/strong>\u3002<em>Silver<\/em> \u5224\u4f8b\u660e\u786e:\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u4e89\u5435\u672c\u8eab\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u81ea\u52a8\u83b7\u5f97\u6c38\u4e45\u7981\u5236\u4ee4\u3002\u6cd5\u9662\u987b\u7efc\u5408\u8bc4\u4f30\u53cc\u65b9\u5173\u7cfb\u5386\u53f2\u00b7\u518d\u72af\u98ce\u9669\u00b7\u5b50\u5973\u5728\u573a\u60c5\u51b5\u00b7\u63a7\u5236\u884c\u4e3a\u6a21\u5f0f\u00b7\u53cc\u65b9\u53ef\u4fe1\u5ea6\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u3002\u5bf9\u65b9\u914d\u5076\u7684\u8fa9\u62a4\u7b56\u7565\u6b63\u662f\u9488\u5bf9\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b65,\u4e3b\u5f20\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e3a&quot;\u5b64\u7acb\u4e89\u6267&quot;\u3002<\/p>\n<h2
