The husband did not want to divorce and refused to discuss about the matter. Our family law team speedily and professionally prepared the divorce complaint and served the complaint to husband. When Husband was served with the complaint, it alerted him, and our client was able to discuss divorce with the husband. Client and husband had a one-year-old baby and needed to discuss child support and custody. Eventually husband hired an attorney, and our family law attorney was able to negotiate settlement with the opposing counsel and through a persistence negotiated settlement, Client got sole legal and physical custody with reasonable parenting for the husband.
