Client initially signed a year-long contract with a marketing agency for Amazon. Unfortunately, client had to close his business in less than a year of the launch and requested his contract be terminated. However, the marketing agency cited the one-year mandatory clause on the contract. Song Law Firm\u2019s civil case attorney meticulously reviewed the contract and in so doing found clauses that would reverse the situation to client\u2019s advantage. Based on the clauses, Song Law Firm drafted a letter requesting for the termination of the contract, and after the letter was delivered, his contract was terminated once and for all.
