Before being admitted to practice, he served as the CEO of the International Trading Group, Inc. He is admitted to the New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Georgia bars, bringing a wealth of legal authority across multiple jurisdictions. He has a tremendous network and significant experience in the areas of international business law, U.S. immigration law, securities law, and international M&A.

In addition, he has been involved in many complex and difficult divorce cases for more than a decade and has successfully led numerous high-stakes matters. Given his expertise in international business, M&A, and commercial issues—combined with his deep experience in immigration law, international law, matrimonial law, and regulatory matters—he now manages Song Law Firm alongside other accomplished professionals from diverse legal backgrounds.

Mr. Song has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as many of the top 30 Korean, Chinese, and Japanese conglomerates and multinational corporations. He and his insurance defense group have also represented major U.S. insurance companies. He manages the firm’s Finance and Banking Law practice and has advised numerous U.S. and Korean financial institutions on regulatory and transactional matters.

He is actively involved in community service and currently serves on the board of a nonprofit organization focused on education, political engagement, and the advancement of minority rights. As a recognized leader in the minority community, he continues to support various nonprofit initiatives and minority political candidates across the United States.
