Religious Worker’s EB-4 Petition Approved
A Pastor’s EB-4 petition was approved. The employment-based fourth preference (EB-4) category is reserved for special immigrants, such as ministers and non-minister religious workers who have received job offers from U.S. religious organizations. This Client, an ordained pastor in R-1 visa status obtained by Song Law Firm, was seeking to obtain permanent residency as a religious worker. Cooperating with the Client, our immigration attorneys collected and updated pertinent evidence to present the Client’s case in accordance with the EB-4 criteria which has come under increased scrutiny. Ultimately, the I-360 petition was approved without a Request for Evidence from the USCIS, and the Client now awaits his I-485 application to be approved. Congratulations!
