1. Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is central to maintaining the welcoming, professional atmosphere our Korean-American clients expect and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in English and Korean
- Schedule consultations and manage attorney calendars
- Process mail, deliveries, and outgoing courier service
- Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and basic office supplies
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Korean proficiency strongly preferred (Chinese a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and discretion with confidential information

2. Litigation Paralegal

Position Overview
The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys throughout the lifecycle of a case — from intake and discovery through trial and post-judgment work — in matters arising in NJ Superior Court, NY Supreme Court, and U.S. federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses under attorney supervision
- Manage case files, exhibits, and chronologies in the firm’s case management system
- E-file documents in NJ, NY, and federal court systems
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in English, Korean, and Chinese where applicable
- Conduct legal research on procedural and substantive issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
- 1+ year of litigation paralegal experience (NJ/NY preferred)
- Strong English writing and legal drafting skills
- Korean or Chinese proficiency strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Clio, Lexis, Westlaw, or comparable platforms
- High attention to deadlines, detail, and confidentiality

What languages are required?
English is required for all positions. Korean proficiency is strongly preferred for both roles. Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency is a plus and is often used for client intake and translation review.
Is the role remote or on-site?
Both positions are on-site at our Fort Lee, NJ office (Parker Plaza, 19th Floor). On-site presence is required for client service, intake, court runs, and team collaboration.
Do you sponsor work visas?
Visa sponsorship is evaluated case by case for the Litigation Paralegal role and is generally not available for the Receptionist role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of hire.
What does the hiring process look like?

Yes. The Receptionist role is well-suited to recent graduates exploring U.S. legal practice. The Litigation Paralegal role generally requires at least one year of relevant experience, but exceptional recent paralegal certificate graduates with strong writing samples are encouraged to apply.
