Stephen H. Kahn is a senior legal counsel to Song Law Firm. He also continues to practice as the founding partner of Kahn Opton LLP.

For more than 30 years he has helped businesses, high-level executives, and professionals resolve significant employment-law problems. Mr. Kahn has dedicated himself to finding practical solutions to real-life problems, including issues relating to contract negotiations, severance packages, pensions and stock-option problems.

Mr. Kahn is also well equipped to handle cases involving discrimination, disability, sexual harassment, professional discipline, non-compete agreements, retaliation and whistleblower claims. Serving clients in a diverse range of industries and professions including finance, medicine, marketing and manufacturing, he represents clients in state and federal courts, in arbitrations and in front of administrative agencies.

He belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association, and is a frequent lecturer on employment law.
