Mark C. Hamer is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He has long been fascinated with the law, politics, and public communications, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Syracuse University in 2006 and later a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University in 2011.
Mark’s practice has a transactional focus due to the ease with which information is passed over the internet, including the areas of contracts, estate planning, and real estate. In addition, he has a proven track record handling probate estates, trust administration, guardianships, and litigation.
Mark believes in a modern approach to legal practice by taking full advantage of all of the technology that is available to make legal services more affordable.
Mark was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2017 and was honored with a Professional Excellence Award for being a top lawyer in the area by Rhode Island Monthly in 2019.
