John Lee, Esq.

John Lee is a licensed legal practitioner in New York, New Zealand, and New South Wales in Australia, and practices the immigration laws of all these 3 jurisdictions.

For U.S. immigration law, he specializes in petitioning for permanent residency for professionals with advanced degrees; in various nonimmigrant visas including B-1/B-2, E-1/E-2, H-1B, and J-1; and Consular Processing procedures for clients outside the United States; and also in Waiver Against Inadmissibility.

Mr. Lee has assisted numerous clients with their Consular Processing procedures at the U.S. consulate posts in Korea, Japan, Australia and Vietnam. He has particularly unique and outstanding experience in reapplying for denied visas at U.S. consular posts overseas, and applying for a National Interest Waiver (EB-1/NIW) for various professionals such as engineers, entrepreneurs, professors and medical doctors.

He also provides services in corporate law including contract review, preparation and negotiation, and due diligence investigations. He previously worked at an international corporate law firm in Korea and a law firm in the U.S. which specialized in EB-1 and National Interest Waiver.

In addition, he is a Director and an International Corporate Counsel of the Korea Kickboxing Association and provides EB-1 immigration services to many sports professionals in Korea.
