Howard Z. Myerowitz is a former New Jersey Deputy Attorney General who has tried dozens of cases before juries in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Myerowitz has substantial experience in personal injury, sexual abuse, discrimination, intellectual property and commercial litigation, including trademark and copyright infringement, and privacy laws. In addition, Mr. Myerowitz appears regularly in Municipal Court representing clients in DWI/DUI and other traffic-related offenses.
Prior to entering law school Mr. Myerowitz was a child abuse investigator for the City of New York’s Emergency Children’s Services, where he received specialized sexual abuse training and Domestic Violence Training. As a result, he regularly receives referrals involving sexually abused children and Domestic Violence matters.
Mr. Myerowitz was one of the leading trial attorneys at one of the country’s largest insurance defense firms and a partner in a firm representing plaintiffs in serious Personal Injury matters. Currently, as a vital member of Song Law Firm’s Personal Injury practice, he leverages this unique dual perspective. He maximizes client interests during settlements and trials through thorough on-site evidence collection and sharp legal interpretation.
Mr. Myerowitz has briefed and argued numerous cases before the Appellate Courts and has several published cases in both New York and New Jersey. He received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University in 1998 and his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University.
