  • Strategy discussion on options, risks, timelines, and next steps
  • Guidance on evidence to preserve and documents to obtain
  • Planning for negotiations, agency filings, or litigation when applicable

04 · CONSULTATION FORMATS

Three Formats — Your Choice

Song Law Firm offers consultations in three formats so you can choose what is most convenient.

In-Office Consultation

Ideal when you prefer a face-to-face meeting or when your matter involves documents that are easier to review in person. Please bring any relevant records — reports, letters, medical paperwork, pay records.

Phone Consultation

A convenient option if you cannot come to the office. After a brief intake, you may be asked to email key documents in advance so the attorney can review them before the consultation.

Video Consultation

For clients who want a remote meeting with a face-to-face format. We provide simple joining instructions after scheduling. If your matter involves documents, we may request them in advance.

05 · HOW TO PREPARE

What to Bring or Send

For the most effective consultation, please have the following materials available — especially if your matter involves time-sensitive deadlines.
