Song Law Firm had the privilege of hosting Immigration seminars for esteemed Columbia University Schools – the School of Professional Studies, School of Social Work, Mailman School of Public Health, Graduate School of Arts and Science, and Teachers College. These virtual seminars, held on November 17th, 2022, and February 23rd, 2023, replaced in-person events due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Navigating the complexities of staying and working in the USA after obtaining a higher education degree as a foreign student is challenging due to intricate Visa requirements. Although we couldn’t address every issue, we focused on addressing the most pressing questions during these seminars, aiming to provide meaningful solutions.
The participants’ enthusiasm was remarkable as they actively engaged, asking questions and absorbing the solutions. We’re hopeful that these seminars have offered valuable assistance to those aspiring to pursue careers in the USA post-graduation.
