Miao Wang (Associate Attorney)

Miao Wang, Esq., who is fluent in Chinese and English, is an overseas legal advisor at Song Law Firm where she focuses on civil litigation, family law, and immigration cases.

Ms. Wang received a bachelor’s degree in law in China and passed the Chinese bar exam. After accruing a number of experiences in the Chinese legal field, she moved to the U.S. and obtained a master’s degree in international business law (LL.M.) and a Doctor of Juridical Science degree in business and bankruptcy law at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She is admitted to the New York State bar.
