Roy H. Mossi, Esq.

Roy H. Mossi graduated with honors from Rutgers University. He studied law at the University of Miami School of Law where he was inducted into the Society of Bar and Gavel, the highest honor bestowed by the University.

Following graduation, his practice concentrated on the defense of negligence and product liability claims, including representation of a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1987, Mr. Mossi returned to New Jersey and began representing accident victims and their families as a senior trial attorney.

Today, as a core member of Song Law Firm’s dedicated Personal Injury practice, he leverages his decades of trial experience to lead swift, accurate legal responses and conduct comprehensive medical record analyses, ensuring maximum compensation for the injured.

With over thirty years of experience and bar admissions in New Jersey, New York and Florida, Mr. Mossi is best known for his successful prosecution of Magnifico v. Rutgers Casualty Insurance Co., a landmark auto insurance case that he argued before the Supreme Court of New Jersey. His expertise lies in premises liability, products liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and automobile negligence, as well as in an array of corporate law matters.

A skillful litigator, Mr. Mossi was also profiled in the Verdicts Search of New Jersey for winning a substantial jury award in 2010. He is affiliated with the New Jersey Association for Justice, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Bergen County Bar Association, where he participates as a member of the Civil Practice Committee.
