Won Eik (Joseph) Cho, Esq. is admitted to the New York and New Jersey Bar. He received his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law, where he was awarded full-tuition scholarships throughout his legal studies. He previously earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

His practice covers both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1, and E-2 investor visas, family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, PERM labor certifications, I-140 and I-130 petitions, and naturalization. He has worked with both individual clients and major companies, including SK, LG, and Kiswire, providing strategic guidance on complex immigration matters. Mr. Cho assists clients at every stage—from preparing and filing petitions, compiling supporting documentation, and responding to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), to navigating interviews, consular appointments, and final approvals—ensuring a thorough, efficient, and highly personalized approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cho worked at firms in New York and New Jersey, where he contributed to numerous cases involving minority groups, foreign workers, and individuals navigating complex immigration processes.
