Ms. Chu majored in law at Nanjing University in China. She then earned a master’s degree in International Economic Law and International Business Law from the University of Hong Kong and passed the Chinese Bar Examination.
Ms. Chu has gained years of experience as a lawyer in a large multinational corporation specializing in international trade law, international business law, international investment law, corporate law and contract law.
After moving to the United States, she studied at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and earned her LL.M degree. She is registered with the New York State Bar Association.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin and is currently working as a foreign legal consultant for Chinese laws.
