Song Law Firm represented a parent in a criminal case who was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor child after leaving her child unattended in a vehicle. Our experienced criminal attorneys successfully represented the client in the court proceedings by defending her that she took reasonable measures before leaving the vehicle such as having the vehicle window opened and doors unlocked and  that the parent near the scene immediately returned to the car in less than 10 minutes. The judge dismissed the case and we were also able to obtain the court’s expungement order.
