PERSONAL INJURY

Husband and wife in mid-60s were rear-ended by a second vehicle.  As a result of the accident, the husband suffered herniations and lower back nerve impingement and had a total of 3 epidural injections but without surgery. Song Law Firm’s personal injury team was able to obtain a $35,000 settlement before trial.  As to the wife, her injuries were less severe than the husband, which only required physical therapy and no injection or surgery.  We settled for $5,000 which would not have been offered for her case if it was filed without her husband.
