[EB-1] [EB1] Graphic Designer’s I-485 Approved Based on EB-1A I-140 Petition 04/14/2021

A Chinese graphic designer’s green card was issued without interview. Last October we prepared and submitted her I-485 application right after approval of her I-140 petition under employment-based first preference category as an artist with extraordinary ability.  It was available because visa number for EB-1 category was opened to all nationals including Chinese. She was our Song Law Firm’s immigration client since 2017 when she initially obtained her O-1 visa. During the past years, she has excelled herself in the field of her endeavor. She has worked with numerous world-renowned fashion, cosmetics and IT companies as a graphic designer. Her work was showcased in multiple exhibitions, and she received several prominent awards for her unique designs. Her publication and awards were also featured in various media reports. Her I-140 petition that had been prepared with our immigration team since early 2020 was filed in July 2020 and approved in a week. This time, based on this approved petition, USCIS approved our client’s I-485 application. Congratulations!
