[EB3] Approval of sculptor’s permanent residence permit
Permanent residency of a sculptor customer who had a permanent residence permit for employment as the third-ranked unskilled worker category has been approved. Before applying for permanent residency, this customer had been actively working in the United States with an O visa status and had to go through the procedures for permanent residence through the sponsor of an employer. Accordingly, our immigration team at Song Law Firm received the I-140 petition and the I-485 permanent residency application at the same time immediately after receiving the labor certification approval from the Labor Administration, and this case was approved without an additional document request (RFE) or even an interview.
