Our 49 year old client was a passenger in a vehicle driven by an individual later claimed to be under the influence. During an altercation in the vehicle, the driver hit a telephone pole which cost in excess of $25,000 to replace. As a result, out client suffered a compression fracture, had multiple injections and a percutaneous limber discectomy. After negotiation we were able to resolve the case without filing suit for $225,000.
