It can be difficult to be one of the few female employees in a male dominant workplace. Our client experience harassment by her colleagues such as accusatory remarks that she was having an affair outside her marriage. The company took punitive measures without investigating the accusations and asking for her position. We sent a forceful letter to the company’s executives instructing them to cease all harassment behavior against our client or we will file suit. The company subsequently backed down and our client confirmed that such behavior had ceased. She was very pleased with our professionalism and effectiveness in giving her a voice in her workplace.
