An Illustrator’s O-1B visa was approved.
In preparing a petition package that meets USCIS’ O-1B criteria, the Client had both significant strengths and weaknesses. Collaborating with the Client, the immigration attorneys requested and obtained a wide spectrum of substantial evidence from the Client, from which they formulated a strategy that provided for a strongly persuasive petition containing the least amount of risk. Although the USCIS issued an RFE, our attorneys were able to successfully overcome the issues raised by the USCIS, and the case was finally approved. Congratulations!
