Please be advised that the USCIS has started to implement premium processing for certain EB-1 and EB-2 petitions. Beginning June 1, 2022, we will accept Form I-907 requests for E13 (EB-1C) multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before Jan. 1, 2021. Beginning July 1, 2022, we will accept Form I-907 requests for E21 (EB-2) NIW petitions received on or before June 1, 2021, and E13 (EB-1C) multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before March 1, 2021. USCIS has 45 days to complete premium processing for these newly included Form I-140 classifications. Currently, the USCIS is NOT accepting premium processing requests for new (initial) Form I-140s for E13 (EB-1C) and E21 (EB-2) NIW petitions at this time. We will keep you updated on any developments. Thank you.
– E13 (EB-1C) Multinational Executive & Manager petitions filed on or before January 1, 2021 can receive premium processing service from June 1, 2022.
– E13 (EB-1C) Multinational Executive & Manager petitions filed on or before March 1, 2021, and E21 (EB-2) NIW petitions filed on or before June 1, 2021 Premium processing service can be accepted from the 1st of the month.
– Premium processing service contents: Adjudication completed within 45 days of receipt of I-907 Premium Processing Request.
Currently, USCIS is not accepting I-907 premium processing requests submitted with the new E13 (EB-1C) and E21 (EB-2) NIW petitions.
