We had a client caught for driving through safety zones. Under New Jersey Law, no driver of a vehicle shall drive through a safety zone, unless directed to do so by a police or traffic officer or official sign. As a result, he received a ticket with points and was requested to appear at court. The client could have received points with imprisonment not exceeding 15 days and possible fines.
