Twenty Years, One Mission

Song Law Firm was founded in 2006 by attorney Dongho Song as a solo practice in Fort Lee, New Jersey. In 2026, we mark our 20th anniversary—two decades of serving the Korean and Chinese immigrant communities across New Jersey, New York, and beyond.

These two decades have been more than a succession of cases. They have been a shared journey with a community that itself has transformed. We began assisting first-generation immigrants with their earliest green card petitions. Today, second- and third-generation families return to us for estate planning, business succession, and family-law matters that span across borders and languages.

Our Core Values

Three principles have guided Song Law Firm since the beginning. First, our attorneys communicate directly with clients in Korean, English, and Chinese—no interpreters, no filtered messages. Second, we practice across both New Jersey and New York, giving clients continuity when their lives, families, or businesses span both states. Third, we invest continually in technology. In 2026, we operate a proprietary AI-assisted intake and document system developed in-house.
